Oola does not ship outside of Canada. Local purchases can be picked up in person by appointment at 4450 Lake Trail Rd. in Courtenay, or pre-paid purchases can be picked up at the Second Page Book Store in downtown Courtenay.

Returns

Oola offers a 30 day refund policy. If you’re not satisfied with the product you purchased, just contact Oola Customer Service at oola@oolabodycare.com for a full refund of product price. (We do not refund shipping charges.)
