Oola Hair Conditioner

1.       Hydrolyzed Silk – The proteins found in silk fibres are very similar to human proteins and provide amino acids that can penetrate the hair shaft to restore shine, strength and softness to dull or damaged hair.  Although this ingredient is an animal by-product, it is harvested from the cocoon of the silkworm after the silkworm no longer has need of it, and is therefore cruelty free.

2.       Glycerin - Derived from vegetable products, glycerine is a humectant and its role is to attract and retain moisture on the hair shaft.

3.       Distilled Water – Distilled water offers the elimination of water borne contaminants. Distilled water has no toxic metal or industrial pollutants.

4.       DL Panthenol– The ingredient is well known because of its inclusion in Pantene products, it's included in this formulation because its conditioning properties protect hair from being damaged through styling, processing, or the natural elements and add sheen and shine

5.       BTMS 50 – This ingredient is a positively charged emulsifying wax. It’s a little expensive, but it’s absolutely unbeatable when it comes to adding a conditioned feel to your hair.

6.       Jojoba Oil -  This is a carrier oil that closely mimics the sebum that is produced by your skin which makes it a fantastic moisturizer.

7.       Sweet Almond Oil – This is a carrier oil that is pressed from almonds and rich in vitamin D.

8.       Shea Butter – a great moisturizer for soothing skin on the scalp.

9.       Optiphen Plus – This is a preservative, included to prevent the growth of bacteria, yeast and mold in our shampoo products. All recipes that include water, have a risk of bacterial growth. Oola includes the amount recommended to prevent this from occurring, and only uses distilled water.

10.   Liquid Crothix – This plant-based additive thickens the shampoo making it easier to use, and adds a creamy texture to the product.

Fragrance used in this shampoo is Lemongrass and lavender essential oils
